The Industrial Training Hub of the Department of Management and Organization Studies was started in 2023 to assure the internships for the students who are reading for BBA Degree in Semester VII. This hub was initiated to with the intention of assuring 100% students secure internship opportunities and to help undergraduates of Department of Management and Organization Studies to final internship fastly in esteemed organizations, and to arrange industry visits in collaboration with the companies to expose the students and the staff for the Sri Lankan businesses which will ensure the knowledge on contemporary and indigenous best management practices.  Further, this unit will guide the students to find quality industrial training out of the companies that we are partnering with by maintaining a database which will support prospective students and the companies.
