Master of Applied Finance (MAF)
The Master of Applied Finance (MAF) is specifically designed to equip postgraduate students with cutting-edge knowledge and skills to thrive in the financial services industry. The programme explores contemporary issues in financial markets through a pragmatic and analytical approach, preparing graduates to respond effectively to the evolving demands of the finance profession.
Objectives of the MAF Programme
- To provide students with comprehensive and contemporary knowledge through a practical approach.
- To develop the essential skills and competencies required to advance careers in the financial services industry.
- To develop finance professionals with strong analytical skills and knowledge who can contribute to the financial services industry in both local and international contexts.
Programme Duration: One academic year, consisting of three trimesters of four months each.
Programme Structure
The programme is organised into three trimesters, combining coursework with an independent study component.
Trimester I
Four (04) courses
Trimester II
Five (05) courses
Trimester III
Three (03) courses with an independent study
