Invitation to Meet Mr. André Lacroix, CEO of Intertek and Attend "Leadership with Soul"

The Faculty of Management and Finance is privileged to host Mr. André Lacroix, Chief Executive Officer of Intertek, for an exclusive leadership engagement titled “Leadership with Soul” on Thursday, 13 August 2026.

As part of his visit, all academic staff are cordially invited to:

1. Brief Informal Meeting with Mr. André Lacroix
Time: 4.00 p.m.
Venue: Dean’s Office, Faculty of Management and Finance

This informal interaction will provide an opportunity to engage with Mr. Lacroix on topics including international accreditation, quality assurance, and global perspectives on higher education and leadership.

2. Leadership with Soul – Guest Session
Venue: West Wing Auditorium

Mr. Lacroix will share his insights on values-driven leadership, organizational excellence, and leading with purpose, drawing on his extensive global experience as the CEO of Intertek.

As a special gesture, each participating academic staff member will receive a complimentary copy of Mr. Lacroix’s book, Leadership with Soul, presented by the CEO himself.

For our students, an Inter-Departmental “Leadership with Soul” Quiz Competition has also been organized based on the themes of the book, providing an engaging opportunity to explore and apply its leadership concepts.
