The Awareness Programme on Stress Relief & The Need for Counselling is designed to help students understand the importance of mental well-being, recognize stressors, and develop healthy coping strategies. Through this series of interactive workshops, students will gain insights into self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the role of counselling in overcoming personal and academic challenges.
