Associate Prof. Mohan Thite, Griffith Business School, Griffith University, Australia visited the Faculty of Management & Finance, University of Colombo on January 6, 2020. He is also the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the South Asian Journal of Human Resources Management.

He conducted three sessions at the Faculty. In the first one, he talked about his research area and shared thoughts on possible emerging topics in HRM that HRM staff and/or students might be able to research in the near future. In the next session, which was open to all staff, he talked about publishing in ranked journal and shared his experiences as the Editor in Chief.

Finally, he met prospective doctoral students who have an interest in applying to Griffith Univer犀利士5mg
sity for their doctoral studies.
