A MoU signed between the Department of Finance, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, and the CFA Society Sri Lanka.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Department of Finance, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, and the CFA Society Sri Lanka on the 18th of March 2022, at College House of the University of Colombo with the objective of establishing a long-term collaborative relationship to promote ethics and industry best practices upheld by the CFA Institute (US), and to provide career mentorship programme and also to 樂威壯

Present at the occasion were Professor. Chandrika N. Wijeyarathne, Vice Chancellor-University of Colombo, Professor. M P P Dharmadasa, Dean-Faculty of Management and Finance, Professor. D L P M Rathnasingha, Head-Department of Finance, Ms. K G K Fernando, Senior Lecturer, and academic staff members of the Department of Finance. Representing the CFA Society Sri Lanka, Mr. Dinesh Warusawitharana, the President, Mr. Aruna Alwis, CEO, Mr. Aruna Perera, Vice President, Mr. Nuwan Jayawardana, Chair-University Outreach Committee, graced the event.
