FMF Mentoring Programme – 2024
FMF Mentoring Programme – 2024
FMF Mentoring Programme began with the aim of helping mould young minds into what the industry expects of them after graduation. In today’s context, a large number of graduates seek employment in the private sector. As you are aware, it is highly competitive. That is why soft skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, positive attitudes, etiquette, and personal grooming are important. They have to be developed in students. That will enhance their chances of enjoying success in the world of work. It is with this objective that we are organizing the mentoring programme for students. A mentor is an experienced and trusted guide who shows the way to others. High caliber executives from premier organizations in the country will assist you in developing the above mentioned skills through the mentoring programme. The Inaugural (awareness) session of this year’s students mentoring programme was conducted on Feb 26, 2024 and it was conducted by Ms. Ruwaiha Razik, Senior Lecturer & Coordinator, Mentor-Me program, Institute of Chartered Professional Managers (CPM) Sri Lanka. 172 students participated.
