Dilani Jayawarna is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Director of Postgraduate Research at the University of Liverpool Management School, UK. She has completed her undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka before completing her PhD in Business and Management at Manchester Business School, University of Manchester in the UK. She is currently the Consulting Editor for the International Small Business Journal(ISBJ) and a Co-Editor for the journal, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development (ERD). Dilani’s research is largely in the area of entrepreneurship and small business management, particularly focusing on entrepreneurial life course, aiming to develop theory about entrepreneurial opportunity structures and their relationship to broader social structures

Professor Kobus Maree, attached to the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Pretoria (UP), South Africa, is an eminent scholar and researcher in the areas of sustainable decent work, counselling, emotional-social intelligence, and social responsibility, among others. He has served and serves on the editorial boards of a number of journals while authoring 90+ peer-reviewed articles and 75 books since 2010. Prof. Kobus has received multiple awards for his research, contributions to the field of psychology, academic achievements, and leadership.
