The Faculty of Management & Finance, University of Colombo organised the “Business Case Competition 2016” for the third and final year undergraduates of the Faculty with the sponsorship of HSBC. Twelve (12) executives and managers representing a cross section of leading organizations in Sri Lanka participated as judges to shortlist the finalists.

The final round of the competition was held on the 18th of March 2016 where five (05) teams competed head to head. The panel of judges for the final round included Mr. Tharanga Gunasekera – Head of Marketing & Communications HSBC, Mr. Chandana Aluthgama – Chief Business Officer HNB General Insurance, Mr. Heshan Perera – Associate Technical Lead at Zone24x7 and Ms. Kasuni Silva – Director Marketing (GAP & SOMA) MAS Intimates.
